1. Service description

BrickEverything is an AI-powered platform that generates brick model designs from text descriptions and images. We provide 3D previews, building instructions, and parts lists for ordering compatible bricks.

2. Not affiliated with LEGO

BrickEverything is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. All brick model designs are generated independently and are compatible with standard interlocking brick systems.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit. By using BrickEverything, you grant us a license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating brick models. Models shared to the public gallery are visible to all users.

4. Generated designs

Brick model designs generated by BrickEverything are provided for personal and commercial use. We do not guarantee that designs are structurally sound, buildable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Build at your own discretion.

5. Payments

Payments for building instructions and parts lists are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are calculated based on the number and type of pieces in your model. All sales are final — digital products cannot be returned.

6. Service availability

BrickEverything is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Generation times and results may vary depending on model complexity and server load.

7. Limitation of liability

BrickEverything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the cost of purchasing physical bricks based on our generated parts lists.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of BrickEverything after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
