Privacy Policy

When you create an account, account details are handled by Clerk. When you generate a model, we store the prompt or uploaded image data needed to create the build, the generated files, and your build history. If you order a kit, we collect the shipping details needed to prepare and deliver it.

We use this information to generate brick creations, show previews, keep your purchased creations available in your account, process payments, prepare instructions, and fulfill kit orders.

We use Clerk for accounts, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting/storage, Meshy and NiemanSculpt for generation, and fulfillment partners when a physical kit is ordered. These services process data only as needed for the service to work.

We use essential cookies for authentication and checkout. We do not use advertising cookies on the site.

Account data and creation-management controls will be added before the public launch. Some order records may need to be kept when required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or support reasons.

BrickEverything is still being prepared. A dedicated support and privacy request channel will be added before public orders are opened.
